Snorkeling at Xel-Ha

Scott swims in the warm waters of Xel-Ha, natural aquarium formed by a series of rock formations open to the Gulf of Mexico

This picture doesn’t do this fish justice, he was at least 3-4 feet in length and about a foot wide!  The stingray made me think of the Croc Hunters’s final moments.

Our friend the sea-turtle comes up to say Hello to Vanessa!  I think this was Vanessa’s most exciting part of the trip!

Some cool fish, seems like these guys were always in schools...

A daring individual, Scott did not wear his life-vest.  It scrapped his chest badly and needed to be removed at Xel-Ha.
